Ulla Nystrom

The thought behind my collection of artworks is that we humans are quite vulnerable and find ourselves short of what we thought adulthood should be, even when we try heroically to act as grownups. In essence, we'll always remain children to some extent.

 

My paintings are broken, ripped, bewildered, fumbling, dreaming of being loved and being happy.
